Matchup Summary
Camille's early game is substantially weaker within the early stages of the game, providing Renekton the ability to easily stat check and snowball on her if played correctly. When laning vs Camille early, try to avoid taking trades with her shield up, instead play around your empowered W and instantly nuke her passive shield when she walks up. If Camille has boneplating, try to auto attack her before fully comitting with an empowered W. When laning vs Camile, try to also stay out of W range to prevent her poking and sustaining, this can easily be done with good movement to weave in and out of range. Try to also avoid standing near any walls, as this can easily allow her to engage of disengage, keep the wave in the middle of the lane or try to fight her while she is stun in her W animation. Renekton can also cancel her E if she tries to disengage, so make sure to use your W when she's in her E2 travelling animation. Within the mid game, try to use your early game lead to help you brute force winning fights into objectives before Camille scales into the rest of the game. Try to also avoid being caught solo by Camille and her team, as she's able to easily pick up kills and snowball them into a lead.

Respect Camille’s Level 1 - Camille’s Level 1 is a lot stronger than Renekton’s, due to the fact she has more playability in being able to play the lane from her Passive shield, Q damage, W Sustain or her potential E cheese. From Level 1, try not to engage fighting Camille with her passive or Q up, instead play off your Q poke and look to abuse your wave clear to reach level 2 before her. If Camille takes W, simply just walk in and out with short clicks to avoid being hit by it, while utilising your own Q to trade and shove back.

Respect Camille’s Passive - As mentioned, Camille passive can be a huge road block level 1 as she will try to force fights on you with that shield advantage. As we progress within the lane, trading into her passive shield is always a bad idea, so make sure to play off your empowered W if you’re playing into her range to help you easily nuke her shield and out damage her. A trick you can also sometimes do, is allowing Camille to auto attack you first. This allows you to bring her passive up without trying to stay in combat, giving you the advantage to look for trades right after her shield is gone.

Avoid Or Punish Camille’s E - When playing vs Camile, try to avoid standing near any walls. If Camille lands her E she can do immense damage and leave you in a bad spot within the lane, forcing you to recall or leaving you a divable target for her team. It is always within our best interests to avoid Camille E by using our E to dodge or our flash, if we need to avoid her kill engages. Another thing Renekton can do, is that he can cancel Camille’s E ability. When Camille uses her E and starts moving towards the wall, if Renekton times his W auto in between that time, he can instantly cancel it to prevent Camille from escaping the lane to leave her in a terrible position..

Keep The Wave State In The Middle - Camille's biggest issue is playing in a middle wave state, due to the fact she cannot use her E to fight. This also leaves her in a vulnerable position to fight, allowing you to also cancel her E with W if she tries to disengage off her wall. If your wave is stuck try to fix the wave by hard shoving, or being patient for the wave to push back. Alternatively, if you are strong enough and you have reached your powerspikes, you can freeze to help force a really uncomfortable wave state to help you deny minions or kill camille at will.

Quick Trades - E > Q > AA > W > E Out / E > Q > Emp W > E / E > Emp W > AA > Q > AA > E Out - These combos allow for Renekton to get quick damage off in being able to keep health up and whittling his opponent down, use these to get your laner low and look for a low HP kill with flash

Don't Overtrade With Long CDs - When it comes to extended fights Camille will have the upper hand depending on if she has her 2-3 item spikes, or she is simply ahead from capitalising on Renekton’s mistakes. Due to how long Renekton CDs are, you typically want to make sure your abilities are up before trying to fight her, otherwise her consistent low Q CD will end up out damaging you. Alternatively you can play into a higher Haste playstyle or max W after 3 points Q to make sure you keep snowballing 1v1 trades until very much later within the game.

Respect Her Catch Potential - Camille's biggest strength within her kit is her catch potential with E And R. Try to avoid fighting Camille without vision or knowledge of her teammates. Try to also ping her roams, and make sure your team also doesn't get caught at any point, otherwise easily presenting the opportunity for her to come back and snowball within the game.

Abuse Renekton's R Powerspike - Once you reach level 6 your ultimate will essentially help you consistently stat check and dominate any match ups you were winning or losing. Make sure to always wait for your R CD to help you make plays, otherwise it will lead you towards a major disadvantage in dueling your enemies.

3 Points Q > W Max - W Max allows you to continue your snowballing and overall counter potential into Camille. W Max lowers your W cooldown from 7 to 4 seconds depending on your haste, essentially allowing you to always have consistent access to applying damage against Camille. This playstyle also allows you to continue snowballing with a bruiser build, as well as allowing you to dominate within a full damage Renekton build. Utilising W max correctly to always make Camille a non factor within the game.

Build Eclipse, Black Cleaver or BoTRK - Go Eclipse for consistent power through mid game and damage mitigation with the shield. / Go Black Cleaver for additional CDR and other versatile stats for utility based gameplay. / Go BoTRK to one shot and snowball with a damage focused build.

Mid Game + Teamfighting Tips - When playing within the Mid game, Renekton can essentially match Camille up until she gets 3 items. Before that point, try to assert your strong early mid game presence by trying to kill her in the side lane, or look to shove and force skirmishes while Camille is farming. When it comes to teamfights try to protect your carries from Camille’s engage, as her overall CC engage and pick potential is enough to easily secure kills for her team. Overall, if you can protect your team from her engages, or try to showdown down Camille before any major fights, this will ideally give you the win condition needed to beat her.
